Terms and Conditions
1. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to maintain peace and decorum within the premises
- Loud music, parties, alcohol consumption, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the rooms and clubhouse.
- Guests must carry valid photo ID proof at check-in (Aadhaar / Passport / DL).
- The community reserves the right to cancel or deny accommodation if rules are violated
2. Room Usage
- Maximum occupancy per room: 2 adults + 1 child (below 12 yrs).
- Extra mattress available on chargeable basis.
- Cooking is not permitted inside the guest rooms.
- Housekeeping and linen change provided once daily (for stays exceeding one night).
3. Liability
- The community and management committee are not responsible for loss of valuables, personal belongings, or accidents within the premises.
- Guests must ensure all electricals, lights, and water taps are switched off before checkout.
4. Emergency & Safety
- In case of emergency, contact Security Desk / MC Duty Member immediately.
- Fire exits and safety equipment must not be tampered with.
General
- The Management Committee’s decision will be final in all disputes.
- Repeated misuse of guest rooms may lead to suspension of booking privileges for the concerned resident.
Check-In / Check-Out Timings
- Check-in: 12:00 PM onwards
- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM next day
- Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
